By purchasing and using CitationLister you agree to these Terms of Service. CitationLister is a product of SEOLabTools. These terms govern your use of all CitationLister products including Standard, Pro, Niche Packs, Niche Packs Plus and Agency editions.
Upon purchase you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable personal license to use CitationLister for your own business or client work. Standard, Pro and Niche Pack licenses are for personal or internal business use only. The Agency license includes resell rights as described in Section 5.
You may use CitationLister to generate citation content for any legitimate local business. You may use the tool commercially — including generating content for client businesses and charging clients for citation management services. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on CitationLister without a resell license.
We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on all CitationLister products. If you are not satisfied for any reason within 30 days of purchase, contact us at support@citationlister.com for a full refund. Refunds are processed through the original payment platform (WarriorPlus or JVZoo).
The Agency license grants you the right to resell CitationLister (Standard or Pro versions, branded or unbranded) to end users and keep 100% of the revenue. You may not resell the Agency license itself or grant resell rights to buyers. Buyers of your resold copies receive personal use rights only.
CitationLister is provided "as is." We make no guarantees regarding specific ranking improvements or lead generation results from using the tool. Directory submission and citation building are one factor in local SEO among many. Results will vary based on your market, competition and how consistently you use the tool.
